Program Overview
The Leaders for IMPACT Coaching Program is a personalised learning and mentoring journey focused on developing your individual leadership skills and capability to create greater impact. This program can be taken over 12 or 6 months, depending on your requirements.
You will work alongside an experienced strengths accredited coach who will help you to identify and reach your personal leadership objectives.
Your coach will guide you through a process in which you will:
Gain deep insights into your strengths as a leader and how to use these every day to achieve success.
Build your personal leadership brand and leverage this through your social networks.
Address current issues and opportunities effectively to make strategic decisions.
Set and meet your business and personal goals, leveraging our exclusive Leaders for IMPACT Scorecard App.
Our Approach
Your journey begins with a strengths assessment online and a thorough 90-minute debrief with your strengths-accredited coach. You will gain invaluable insights into your strengths and how these impact on the way you lead, engage and influence those around you.

Create Your Success and Leadership Brand
Discover and define what success looks like for you and what this means for your leadership brand. Your coaching journey will assist you in defining your leadership brand aligned to your purpose and values. Clear leadership branding is crucial to building stakeholder trust and effectively communicating your vision and goals.
Collaborate and Connect
As a coaching program participant, you’ll have the chance to connect with other Leaders for IMPACT members through our private LinkedIn group. You’ll receive monthly leadership insights, interact with other members, and gain access to our biannual full-day member events (one available for the 6-month program and 2 for the 12 month program).

Our chosen diagnostic tool, the Strengths Profile, is an evidence-based tool developed over 16 years. With 60 strengths, this tool ensures authentic results that reflect who you are. Beyond strengths, you’ll uncover your realised strengths, unrealised strengths, learned behaviours, and weaknesses.

- Eleven intensive 90-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, focusing on cultivating your leadership brand, setting and attaining your goals, and proactively addressing emerging opportunities and challenges.

- Invitations to two Leaders for IMPACT’s full-day member events.
