An experienced Chief Executive Officer and Board member with a successful track record in leading transformational initiatives at a sector, government & community level to improve educational & social opportunities.
Anita is currently the CEO of Early Childhood Services and Training in the Illawarra Region. With over 200 employees, ECTARC has a committed team of passionate educators who are dedicated to enriching the lives of children, families, students and the early childhood community.
Toby Dawson – Co-Chair, Illawarra Leadership Hub
Toby is the Founder of Tomorrow Together, a social impact advisory firm based in the Illawarra Region.
He has years of experience with credentials in leadership, governance, social and environmental impact, and population health. Toby helps clients align their business success with achieving social and environmental outcomes, through initiatives such as sustainability, ESG, impact strategy development, evaluation and measurement, social procurement, communication, and partnerships.
Toby is an active and engaged member of various networks and committees that promote social impact, diversity and inclusion, and regional development.
