What you can expect

The morning brings combined Hub sessions (“Mega Hubs”), where members from across the network come together. You’ll work alongside your peers to define your purpose intentions for the year ahead – what success looks like for you, your business and your impact in 2026. It’s a chance to think big, share insights and set the tone for a year of growth and possibility.

Then it’s time to switch gears for an afternoon of friendly competition, conversation and connection playing social darts at Fight Club – a chance to celebrate, unwind and deepen relationships across the network.

Whether you’re chasing a bullseye or just there for the banter, expect great company, great food and a vibrant start to the year.
