About Rob Pyne

In 1997, he quit his PhD to move to Australia and surf. He joined the world of advertising, rising to become Chief Strategy Officer of a global agency. After a series of leadership roles, Rob set up training firm Realizer in 2013, with a mission to help the world make better decisions. He discovered that the best way to improve decision-making is to work with leadership teams – to unlock their collective intelligence.ACT Network and Louise McKeon, General Manager, Leaders for IMPACT Network
