She has spent more than two decades shaping the financial services sector, from her role as Head of APAC at Russell Investments to her current portfolio of board directorships with Insignia Financial, MLC Asset Management Services Ltd (Chair), and Australian Military Bank.
Known for her ability to bring out the best in others, Jodie combines sharp strategic insight with a deep commitment to wellbeing and human connection. She is an author, speaker, and meditation teacher, creating spaces where leaders can ground themselves and focus on what really matters.
As Leadership Hub Chair for the Leaders for IMPACT Network, Jodie brings CEOs and founders together to tackle the challenges of leadership with candour and courage. Her mission: to help leaders grow in ways that drive not just performance, but lasting impact.
