These awards celebrate the members who have demonstrated bold leadership, made a measurable difference, and developed IMPACT over the past 12 months.
Award Categories and Criteria
PEOPLE
IMPACT AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
Celebrating leaders who uplift others and create thriving, people-first cultures.
Nominees might excel in one or more of the following:
- High employee wellbeing and engagement
- Inspirational and values-led leadership
- Empowerment, autonomy, and strong decision-making cultures
- A clear commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Attracting and retaining top talent
- Building an inclusive and energised workplace
PLANET
IMPACT AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
Recognising those who are boldly leading the charge on sustainability, ESG, and environmental stewardship.
Nominees might stand out in areas such as:
- Public and credible environmental or social commitments
- Taking action on ESG and showing real progress
- Embedding sustainability into business operations
- Transparent measurement and reporting
- Driving innovation in climate resilience or environmental impact
PERFORMANCE
IMPACT AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
Honouring leaders and businesses achieving outstanding results while staying true to purpose.
Nominees may demonstrate excellence through:
- Clear vision, strong values, and effective execution
- Ethical and fit-forpurpose governance
- Strategic clarity and resilience in delivery
- Strong financial management and sustainable growth
- A compelling brand promise and customer loyalty
- Embracing innovation, AI, and forwardthinking systems
- Robust risk and cyber security management
The winners will be honoured at our Annual Leadership Summit in August—a moment to shine a spotlight on the leaders who are driving real impact in their organisations and their communities.
How to Nominate
Nominations are open now and can be made by both Chairs and Members:
- Chairs are asked to nominate at least one member, maximum of three and each for a different category.
- Members can nominate any number of fellow members—from their own Hub or others—if they can speak to the impact and provide examples.
Celebrating Outstanding Leadership in People, Planet, and Performance
INSTRUCTIONS:
Nominations are open to both Members and Chairs.
You may nominate across one or more award categories.
Chairs must submit at least one nomination, maximum of three and each for a different category.
Please provide specific examples or evidence where possible.
