Terms and Conditions

for Leaders for IMPACT Network Members

As a member of the Leaders for IMPACT Network, I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Active Participation and Accountability

  • I commit to actively participating in my assigned Hub.
  • I agree to hold myself and my fellow Hub members accountable for commitments made within the program.

Confidentiality

    • I will respect the confidentiality of my Hub and its members.
    • Prior to my first meeting, I will sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Attendance

    • I commit to attending at least 80% of the scheduled meetings throughout the year.

Hosting

  • I will host and provide catering for one Hub meeting per year.

    Use of the tools provided

      • I agree to utilise the tools provided by the program, including the Leaders for IMPACT Scorecard App.
      • I will use these tools for maintaining accountability and tracking progress towards achieving business success.

    Core Values

      • I will abide by the core values of the Leaders for IMPACT Network.
      • Prior to my first meeting, I will sign a commitment statement (Code of Conduct) acknowledging these values.

    Program Commitment

      • I commit to participating in the program for a minimum of 12 months.

      Exit Notice

      • I understand and agree that If I wish to end my membership, I must give 3 months’ notice in writing.
      • This notice can be given at any time after the completion of my 12-month minimum commitment period.

      Amendments

        • I understand that the Leaders for IMPACT Network reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. I will be notified of any changes in writing.

      Termination

        • I understand that the Leaders for IMPACT Network reserves the right to terminate my membership if I do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
